Legal obligations of the employer towards the employee, the rights and obligations of workers, the basis of trade union organization and the state’s obligation to employees, are regulated by the Labour Law, which entered into force on 20 January 2016.

Registration of employees is carried out in the Tax Administration of the Republic of Srpska in the prescribed form PD 3100.
