The Office for Local Economic Development of the Municipality of Stanari was formed for the purpose of unifying the same or similar, or related jobs (administrative, professional and others) that are interconnected and their more successful execution and creation of a favorable business environment.

The Office for Local Economic Development was formed from the Department for Economy and Finance (independent expert associate for economy, planning and private entrepreneurship) and the Agency for Development of the Municipality of Stanari.

KLER was founded on June 27, 2022. of the Agreement on Cooperation between the Municipality of Stanari and the Development Agency of the Municipality of Stanari.
